A patchwork quilt of colorful squares is the underlying structure of the web site’s home page, containing the menu for museum information and links to affiliated sites. The theme of squares, directly relates to the see-through frame logo, continuous on all subsequent pages. Current exhibitions and events take up an appropriate multiple of squares. The site is maintained and updated periodically by the museum staff.

The web site for the Toledo Museum of Art is a direct extension of the visual identity program we designed for the Museum. The logo brands the Museum's collections, programs, publications, promotions, activities, campus and buildings. It also becomes the frame for sub-entities within the institution, such as the Family Center, the Peristyle Theater, the Museum Library, and the Learning Center.
