The names commemoration panels at the heart of the memorial experience have been designed to use the ancient art of cast bronze, combined with the latest in computer technology. Inspired by the competition’s winning design, Reflecting Absence, the site and museum sign program uses cut-out forms that harken back to the twin towers. The site and visitor center signs are carefully integrated into the architecture and landscape design.
