An exhibit about science that teaches young children about physics without using words. Mayor Michael Bloomberg selected kidpower! as one of New York City’s 10 best-designed projects. “The Hall builds a Newtonian fun park. The largest science playground in the western hemisphere has exhibits which are larger than their indoor counterparts. Slides and teeter-totters merge play with the discipline of physics. The playground received high marks, particularly when compared with traditional science classes.” — Scientific American. Designed at Chermayeff & Geismar Inc.
